Terms of Sale

Version v2026-09, in force since September 2026

    1. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale govern the sale of Paddock Pass immersive days and gift vouchers to consumer customers. The seller is HB EQUESTRIAN, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of 1,000 euros, registered office 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, Paris Trade and Companies Register 106 860 091, EU VAT number FR38106860091, contact contact@equestrianpaddockpass.com. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

    2. Description of the service

The service is an immersive day behind the scenes of an international show jumping competition, in a group of 8 to 10 guests, hosted by a bilingual French / English guide. It includes the stables and backstage tour, a meeting with a rider competing at the event, lunch at a VIP table overlooking the arena, following the classes from that table, and a souvenir kit.

    3. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included, per guest:

    • Thursday — €290
    • Friday — €390
    • Saturday — €490
    • Sunday — Grand Prix — €590
    • Friday evening offer — €350
    • Saturday evening offer — €390

Included: welcome and Pass, stables and backstage tour, rider meeting, lunch at the VIP table with service, following the classes, souvenir kit and dedicated guide. Not included: travel to the competition venue, accommodation, drinks outside the planned service, insurance and any personal expenses.

    4. Online ordering

The customer selects the event, the day and the number of guests, then enters their details. An order summary showing the chosen service, the date and the total amount payable is displayed before validation. The customer ticks the box accepting these terms of sale, then proceeds to payment.

Validating the payment constitutes a firm order. HB EQUESTRIAN then sends the customer a confirmation email summarising the order. That confirmation email forms the contract. Should unavailability be found after the order, HB EQUESTRIAN informs the customer without delay and refunds in full.

    5. Payment

Payment is made in full at the time of ordering, by bank card, through our payment provider Stripe. Card details are entered in Stripe's secure environment and are never stored by HB EQUESTRIAN. Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. An invoice is sent by email after payment.

    6. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation by the customer, by email to contact@equestrianpaddockpass.com, the date the request is received being decisive:

    • more than 30 days before the date of the booked day: 100 % of the amounts paid is refunded;
    • between 30 and 15 days before the date: 50 % is refunded;
    • less than 15 days before the date: no refund.

Cancellation or postponement by the competition organiser or by HB EQUESTRIAN: the customer chooses between a full refund of the amounts paid and a postponement to another available date.

Weather conditions: where the competition takes place despite unfavourable weather, the service is due and no refund is granted.

    7. Right of withdrawal

Under article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. Because Paddock Pass days are supplied on a specific date, the customer has no right of withdrawal: only the cancellation terms in article 6 apply.

Undated gift vouchers, on the other hand, carry a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, exercised by email to contact@equestrianpaddockpass.com. The refund is made within fourteen days of the request being received.

    8. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the purchase date. They are transferable to a third party. After the fourteen-day withdrawal period they are non-refundable. They may be used on any available day, chosen by the recipient and subject to confirmation. They cannot be combined with a discount or promotional offer and cannot be extended, except where we cancel.

    9. Minors

The service is open to guests aged 10 and over. Every minor must be accompanied by an adult booked on the same day. The accompanying adult remains responsible for the minor throughout the service, in particular for compliance with safety instructions.

    10. Liability and force majeure

HB EQUESTRIAN undertakes a duty of care in organising the day and holds professional liability insurance. It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, changes to the sporting programme, access restrictions imposed by the competition organiser or cancellation of the competition itself. In such cases the terms of article 6 apply.

Access to technical areas, stables and backstage areas is only permitted under the guide's supervision. Compliance with safety instructions is mandatory, particularly in the vicinity of horses. HB EQUESTRIAN may refuse or withdraw access for any guest who does not follow these instructions, without refund.

    11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

    12. Governing law and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may use the consumer mediator named in the legal notice.
